  1. Service Delivery: To generate match highlights and goal clips from your uploaded videos and to share them on YouTube and Instagram on your behalf.

  3. Analytics & Optimization: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose errors, and optimize App performance.

  4. Joint Ownership & Sharing: You and STREET jointly own the highlights, clips, full game videos, and any derivative content. Both you and STREET have equal rights to share this content on social media or other online platforms.

  5. Full Game Publishing: To post the full game videos on our official YouTube channel for promotional and archival purposes, under our joint ownership arrangement.

  6. Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Joint Ownership & User Rights

  • You and STREET have joint ownership of the original video files you upload and all generated content (highlights, clips, derivative works).

  • Both you and STREET may share, repost, or distribute the original videos and generated content on any platform without additional permissions.

5. GDPR Compliance**

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, or Switzerland, the following rights apply:

  • Lawful Basis: We rely on your consent and our legitimate interests (product improvement, analytics) to process your data.

  • Your Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability.

  • Data Retention: We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in Section 3 or to comply with legal obligations.

  • Access Controls & Audit Logging: Role‑based access, IAM policies, and audit logs monitor and restrict data access.

  • Regular Security Reviews: We follow GCP’s recommended best practices, including vulnerability scanning and periodic security assessments.9. Your Choices**

  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
